My experience with Shopko Optical is mixed. During my first visit they were helpful and my eye exam seemed thorough. It fell apart with my eye glass purchase. I wanted my lenses replaced in another pair of glasses and purchased an additional pair that came with magnetic sunglasses. When I received my pair with replacements, they came back with the wrong pupil distance and had to be re-measured, as the first measurementswere incorrect. Nothing horrible, but I had to wait for new lenses again. When I went back the third time to puck up my glasses, I decided to add an additional pair of magnetic sunglasses covers to the pair I purchased. After waiting 2 weeks I called and they said they were not in. I called again after a month and was told they would check on the status and get back to me within a day. Days went by and there was no followup. I called again and was told they typically take six weeks to receive. Ok, I waited the six weeks and called again. They were still not in. The woman I spoke with told me she would look into it and get back to me. I waited 2 more weeks, now 2 months since the purchase, and they still did not followup. This morning I went in to get a refund, as they clearly did not know the status of the sunglasses or just didn't followup multiple times as promised. While I received the refund, Lecia gave one meek apology and nothing else was offered. Shopko needs to work on their followup through and customer service.
