I came as a walk in as a first time customer and I will absolutely be coming back each time for new glasses! I was greeted with such professionalism. Between the doctor, technician and everyone on the sales floor was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 will be recommending!
Not only are they the most attractive looking eye care staff- they performed their job exceptionally well!!!!! Tyka was an absolute blast to work with- patient and kept me laughing the entire time. Dr Grimes- an angel! Sheila was the perfect first person to see. Highly recommend going there.
I recently had an outstanding experience at this optical shop, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the entire front store staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, guiding me through the whole process with smiles and enthusiasm. What impressed me most was how they helped me find frames that complemented my face shape, something I’ve always struggled with. When it came time to choose lenses, their recommendations were spot-on. I ended up with stylish pink frames and blue transition lenses, which perfectly match my personality—bold and unique! The eye doctor was also top-notch, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I understood each step of the exam. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel welcomed and well taken care of, this is it! I can’t wait to show off my new eyewear! 🌟 Highly recommend!
Everyone was helpful, kind and pleasant. Dr. Scharadin was very helpful in explaining how my eyes were doing, going over the retina pictures, and answering any questions I had. Kya and Shaela helped me choose my glasses and lenses and were really nice. I didn't get the name of the lady who did the pre-screening, but she was very nice and pleasant to work with. Also, I called back the next day with a question about my charges and Jennifer was very helpful in researching it and explaining everything to me. Everyone helped make it a good experience and I would definitely recommend them.
I had a great experience at Eye Associates of Charleston at Northwoods Mall. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, which made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to provide more hands-on assistance for elderly patients during the tablet registration process. When someone asks for help, it would be better for staff to assist them directly rather than asking them to figure it out on their own. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them.
