In my 12 years of needing glasses, this was by far the best experience I've had with anything related to getting what i need to see. The employees went far far above and beyond to help me out. They made me comfortable, taught me things about my eyes I never knew, went to great lengths to get me glasses I could afford while on a very small vacation budget. They were incredibly friendly and helpful while I was worried and very out of my element over 1,000 miles from home. Thank you again to everyone who made my first ever trip away from home as amazing as it could be and being passionate and caring for your customers. A regular Tuesday for you was a big highlight of my trip that will not soon be forgotten.

Excellent customer service. Leah has been my go-to Representative for three years, and she is very informative. There was an error in the system by my insurance company, and it took almost a week to correct. Leah didn't give up and made me aware of each step. I finally received my eyeglasses and I love them.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I had the pleasure of working with Katherine everything was a nice and easy process ! I’m used to waiting weeks to get glasses back with other providers I was told it would take an hour to get my glasses back but they were done in 15 mins I LOVED THAT !! Will definitely be a long term patient/client… they also have maaaany glasses and styles to choose from

Amazing experience from start to finish! I was greeted with warm smiles upon entry and directed right away. The receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable, and inviting. The eye doctor was honest and helpful in explaining my prescription. My sales representative was patient, engaging, and gave me her full attention. One of my prescriptions was ready the same day—quoted one hour and ready in just 28 minutes! Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend!
