This was the most thorough, professional, and oddly pleasant eye exam I have ever had. I was impressed not only with Dr Mortensen, but also his tech. They were both very thorough and had excellent bedside manner. I was very confident in Dr Mortensen’s assessment, and will absolutely return. My wife was so impressed she changed to Dr Mortensen’s care as well!
Dr Pikkula was excellent. She took time to understand my specific needs, did a super thorough exam, seemed genuinely interested in my well-being and was thoroughly professional. Likewise, her assistant was happy to spend the time to do a fantastic job dialing in my prescriptions. The front office staff were all friendly and efficient.
I have severe pain in my eye and am trying to get in to see a doc. I was recommended to try this place out. I have called 4 times and have been referred to the triage team each time. I left a message 8 hours ago and haven’t heard back. I tried calling 3 other times and nobody answers when transferred to the triage team. I’ve heard this place has good doctors but don’t try and come here for an emergency. It won’t work out. Go somewhere else.
Gorgeous office with amazing views. Suzie warmly, welcomed me. Quick testing and extensive, thorough, detailed consultation with Dr. Quist. I trust his opinion and agreed with his treatment plan. Dr. Quist is expertly trained, experienced and I felt very well cared for, highly recommend the team and Tyler Quist.
Our entire family now come to this practice. Matthew Miller & Dr. Faulkner are wonderful. Very thorough & knowledgeable. Their staff are all very friendly AND they too know all the ins and outs of their jobs. We were/are treated as a person not a number. They explain everything they are doing and it needs to be to do. We refer them highly.
