Having to drive back and forth to this place because they have no communication with each other, much less there customers. They broke my old pair of glasses by sanding them down too thin and they snapped, then tried lying to me and said they didnt sand them, like I cant see exactly where they even sanded them on the nose pieces. They lied to me today saying my glasses are ready for pickup, gave me a time and everything, just for me to show up and they tell me, the lady had a medical emergency which cool but a phone call would have been courteous so I didnt drive all the way out for no reason, and then when I asked if I could get my glasses anyways even tho the lady isn't here, they said my glasses weren't ready and they dont know who told me they were! What is going on here people! Get it together its not that hard to do ur job! Let alone be courteous.

I will never come to this place again. I recommend America's best. This is because I got two pairs of glasses and while they were cheaper than America's best they were actually worse quality lenses. I normally get the highest level of transitions at America's best that's only $650 for two pairs. To get the same lens quality I would have had to pay almost $800. I ended up only getting one one pair with the lens quality I actually wanted due to this. And then not even 6 months after, the screw breaks on the more expensive pair of glasses. They not only refuse to repair it even though it's literally just put a goddamn screw in, but they honestly tried to get me to pay another $200 for another frame. The audacity of this place. I've never had an issue at America's Best with something like this. Most unhelpful and ridiculously expensive place. Worst experience I've ever had in an eyeglass place I actually would prefer LensCrafters over this.

This location is seriously outdated and poorly managed. I had to repeat my eye exam multiple times because the virtual doctor system wasn’t working. It’s incredibly frustrating to be charged for an eye exam with a doctor who isn’t even physically present—especially when the technology they rely on clearly doesn’t function properly. The prices are also outrageous, easily three times higher than other providers. On top of that, they refuse to email contact lens prescriptions, forcing customers to make an unnecessary return trip just to obtain paperwork. Customer service is terrible across the board. Staff members were rude in person and over the phone, and it’s very clear that no one there enjoys their job. The negative attitude from multiple employees completely ruined my experience. The office manager and owner need to take a serious look at how this location is being run. As a business owner myself—and someone who previously worked in ophthalmology—this level of inefficiency and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. This is the worst eyeglass business I’ve ever dealt with. I will be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau and will never return.
