This is SUCH a great place to get glasses at an amazing price/deal! I honestly wish I had found out about Warby Parker sooner 😅 For years, I used to order my glasses online from places like Zenni just to get the most bang for my buck because getting prescription glasses directly from optometrist offices is INSANELY expensive — even with insurance 😭 Same goes for places like LensCrafters and similar chains. I just personally can’t justify spending $500+ on ONE pair of glasses. After doing some research online, I found out about Warby Parker and the rest is history ✨ This is definitely going to be my go-to place from now on, and I’ve already recommended them to a bunch of friends and family looking to update their glasses too! Their prices are amazing, shipping was relatively quick, and I really loved that you can actually try on frames in-store in different sizes to better match your face shape and proportions before committing. The quality has also been GREAT. I intentionally waited a few months before posting this review because I wanted to see how my glasses held up over time, and I’ve had mine since February with absolutely no issues. I was even able to get a pair of sunglasses along with my everyday glasses for LESS than what my optometrist office wanted to charge me for just ONE standard pair of daily glasses. HIGHLY recommend this place! 🙌

Best customer service!! I’ve been to a few Warby Parker’s before moving to Colorado Springs but the team here is far superior. Sasha’s my girl, she was more invested than me in finding the right pair of glasses for myself. Then Jace, made sure I was walking out with the best prescription so he kindly made some adjustments and reordered my glasses. Last but not least, Shannon is another rockstar I had the pleasure of meeting and she sent me home with a few options so I could confidently say which prescription feels most accurate. Seriously, thank you all so much! Not everyone cares about customers the way yall do and that deserves recognition. I’m very grateful to have an awesome team helping me.

Jace was incredibly helpful! I needed a few adjustments to both my eyeglasses and sunglasses, and he was so patient, taking the time to make sure everything fit perfectly before I left. He never made me feel rushed and genuinely wanted to ensure I was happy with the results. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and excellent customer service made the whole experience a pleasure. The staff was so kind and amazing. Jace, the optician, helped me find the PERFECT frames to fit my style. All of his recommendations were spot on, it was so hard to choose just one pair. He also helped me file claims with my insurance, so I didn’t have to worry about navigating that myself. There were so many frames to choose from. This was the best glasses experience I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be back again for new frames in the future.

Couldn't find any frames that looked good on me from 3 different Costcos, so I tried Warby Parker in another state (I'm currently out of town). The ladies there were very friendly and helpful. Even though I got there 30 minutes before closing, they helped me choose a frame I liked, even offered to expedite my frames there, text me when they arrive and gave me the choice to pick up or have them shipped back to my home for free!
