Love this store! From the moment we arrived for eye exams and glasses, Alana and her staff went to work making us feel seen (pardon the pun lol). Alana spent quality time (and I do mean quality) educating us on what we were looking for, there was no pressure to purchase or upgrade (we did anyway lol). John did the exam along with the remote Doc. both were absolutely professional, engaging and super knowledgeable! I don't think I have been to a retail eye wear store that was this together. I HIGHLY recommend this location (Chapel Hills Mall) Well done!

One of the most thorough, efficient and comfortable exams I’ve had. John has access to state of the art equipment and moves through the exam with skill, confidence and ease. The on line physician interaction was personal and professional. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

Rachel was a superstar and if I could rate her 20 I would. I use the following acronym and how I think patient care should be rated. PQRST. Patience first with quality respect safety and teamwork. She took care of me not just as a patient but as a human she had human-centric care that just radiates from her. The quality is out of this world she made sure that she double-checked and triple checked her work she just did an amazing job and help me find the perfect pair of glasses for me. She showed the utmost respect and caring for me, being disabled and not being able to move around a lot she was able to accommodate my needs. Safety she was compliant with all the HIPAA laws and she made sure since I was disabled I was not straining myself so I didn't end up injuring myself further. Teamwork she worked with me as well as reaching out to other stores to see if they had another frame available that I was interested in. Fantastic job Rachel Thank you so much

The doctor listened to my concerns and patiently answered all of my questions. I felt confident with the information I was given regarding my vision. Jon was amazing to work within the facility as well.

Met at the door with smiles and they helped pick frames. My eye appointment was right on time. Tech was wonderful and Dr. Was nice and efficient. All the staff were extremely nice and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!
