Establishment and personnel was amazing and welcoming. Very quick to take my daughter and myself back and get us going very fast. Asked us if we had any concerns about our visions or eyes. The process of every step was painless. The only thing that made me take a star off was the fact that after having the eye exam I was then informed there was an additional 10.00 fee for an electronic form for the dmv, that should NOT be an additional fee in my opinion since you have paid for the eye exam.

Quick service & everyone was very knowledgeable about products and what they were doing. The big thing I did not like was the 3% charge on debit cards, which is against the law. I paid cash because I was not paying a 3% charge to pay my bill. Kathy did a wonderful job with helping me find frames that I liked & were in my price Range. I give all the employees a 5 star, but can’t get past the 3% charge on debit cards!!!
I was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience during my recent eye exam. I was in the exam room with the doctor for approximately five minutes, and a significant portion of that time was spent completing a LASIK form for an adjustment. The doctor used the flippers and checked each eye a couple of times, but that was essentially the extent of the examination. My eyes were looked at in the same manner as they normally are during a routine visit, and I did not go through the number or variety of tests that I typically receive during my eye exams. I understand that every doctor may have a different approach, but I did not feel that my examination was thorough enough or that enough time was spent evaluating my eyes. Given the importance of my vision and eye health, I expected a much more comprehensive examination. I would like to have my eye exam redone by another doctor so that I can feel confident that my eyes have been properly and thoroughly evaluated. I would appreciate your assistance in arranging this.
I scheduled an eye exam for contacts and glasses online for a Monday appointment. I tried to call and schedule, but when you call this location and follow the prompts, nobody answers and you are directed to schedule online. So, that’s what I did. On Sunday evening, I received an automated text canceling my appointment saying I’m ineligible for an appointment until next month. I immediately called and left a voicemail, asking for an explanation, as this sounded like an insurance problem, and I have not used my eye benefits in several years. I also expressed frustration at having called off work to attend the now canceled appointment. I asked to be contacted asap to resolve the matter so I could keep the appointment. Of course, nobody reached out. I began calling the office as soon as the website published that they were open for business. I called about 10 times (on a Monday to a business that was open) and never was able to reach a human. I finally decided to block my mobile phone number and call back, guess what? I got through immediately! So, lesson one, if you have a problem at this location, block your number if you want to speak to someone. Once I was able to get through, I explained my situation (including having to block my number to get in touch after multiple calls and voicemails). After an embarrassed pause, I was informed that my insurance wouldn’t cover the appointment because it was too soon. Now, I haven’t had an eye exam in several years, so I knew this was incorrect. They were looking at the wrong persons insurance and that was confirmed when they read out an address in another state where I have never lived. Anyway, by this time my scheduled/canceled appointment had long passed by and I decided instead of fighting through the atrocious customer service at this location, I would just find an entirely new eye doctor that has a professional staff. If there is management or corporate, and you read your reviews, you should listen to the call. It’s a real riot! I know the call is recorded because I had to listen to the prerecorded message all Monday morning while the staff screened my calls, lol. You can use it in your training videos as the “what NOT to do” section. People have options for vision providers, and I would encourage them to find one filled with professionals…or at least someone that will answer the business phone. I’m starting to understand why all of the appointments were available on a Monday…
I particularly like this location but I don't think I will be returning the customer service rep made me feel real uncomfortable and the store manager didn't do anything to really address it but just give me a long print out I've been going to LensCrafters for years spending good money on designer frames we actually just spent about $400 our last visit on some frames or should I say glasses for my son the assistant manager was a sweetheart he apologized after I told him my concerns I understand that you guys were busy but there's way to address customers versus just ignoring them and giving them a piece of paper
