Customer service was outstanding! Trish helped me find the perfect frames. She was extremely patient with me as I tried on every pair I liked. She helped me to narrow down my selection without pressing me to select a certain pair of frames. The doctor who performed my exam was very nice and thorough. If I wasn’t sure which lens gave me a better vision, he offered to show them again. He was also very patient. From the moment I walked into the office until I left, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I felt welcomed and seen. Thank you Lens Crafters in Sandhills for being so amazing!

Sandhills Eye Associates of Columbia is awesome! The entire process was a breeze, from scheduling, intake, initial screening, eye exam, to purchasing frames. I thought each staff member was wonderful. I especially want to call out Brittany for all her help with selecting the right frame for my face and sorting out the best options my insurance provided. But I really appreciated our chat about tattoos and our fur babies - she is kind, caring and attentive. Thank you for taking care of my eyes!

Such a great experience through and through. From the time I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Asante and Dr.Hardison were phenomenal. I forgot the lady’s name who sits by the door but she was amazing too! Such a great experience!

This location treated me and my wife great. I had a morning appointment and my wife had an afternoon appointment. From the lady that greeted us, to the optometric assistant, the OD and finally Timothy. Timothy made our visits’ pleasurable. No upselling just great assistance and guidance on the plethora of frames and lenses to choose from. After he took care of me, I told him to do the same for my wife. She was smitten that he had everything prepared for her upon her arrival. Big props Timothy and crew at this location. Highly recommended!

Always have a great experience at Lenscrafters. Wonderful doctors. Amazing staff. And a wide selection of frames. Prices vary from affordable to splurge. I like that Lenscrafters is there for you even after your appointment and receiving your new specs. I highly recommend them.
