Eyemart Express

I had a wonderful experience with eyemart and am extremely happy with my new glasses. A special thank you to Anette for their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and kindness throughout the entire process. They took the time to provide excellent advice and made me feel truly supported and welcomed.

If I could leave no stars I absolutely would! This place is a joke! Called on July 8th to make an appointment for my husband and myself, since all of a sudden on July 18th there wasn't a doctor available. That appointment was made a month prior. The young lady that finally answered the phone to make our appointments scheduled us for 10:15 & 11. We drove 45 minutes to get to these appointments to find out that we didn't have any, but the schedule was blocked off. Only thing they saw was a note to call to schedule an appointment, which never happened. I had to call them back. Only phone call I ever received from them was to cancel our appointments due to not having a doctor that day. When asked about that later on, I was told that we can't schedule appointments back to back. If this is the case, then why even offer those time slots to me. Also, why take all my information, tell me what I would have to pay on the day of my appointment, and verify my insurance. Sounds like to me, they blocked off my time slots and forgot to put in our names. Was told to take a seat and she would call her manager. Called back to the counter to basically be told that neither of them had an appointment under my name. No resolutions at all. I used to use them and was bringing my husband there to be seen by them, but NEVER again! People save your time, money, effort and find ANYONE else. This place is a complete and utter JOKE to say the least! I'm sure they will try to comeback and say something about my experience, but don't bother wasting anymore of my time!

This was the easiest experience with getting lenses. I came in with a script and was able to receive my lenses same day. I came in with a budget and they were able to communicate with me effectively and honestly to meet it. I walked out with two pair for a decent price. If I was from around here I would come here once a year! Carlotta is amazing!

I went without glasses and/or contacts for about 20 years. I started wearing glasses in elementary school and then switched to contacts, but my mom never took me back. So, I went without. Then, I became a mom and put myself on the back burner with everything... Anyway, I went and did my eye exam, got my contacts and then got glasses made. I was beyond thrilled to be able to see again. I'm not sure about the prices of contacts, because I didn't shop around though. They were $80 just for one month!! They are okay, I guess on the doctor side. Now, the lady, Annette, on the glasses side is amazing!! I took my youngest daughter as well on the day of my visit. She got glasses. So, the next day we went back and ordered her whatever glasses she wanted (her daddy let her 😂) and Annette gave me a buy one get one free coupon. I ended up paying like $250 or something for two pairs and they're both VERSACE!!!! I really do like the glasses side. The doctor's side is alright... The doctor seems really strange and not really friendly. Plus, the one lady gets really rude and pissed at me for small things... It's weird. P.S. We went to a South Carolina location...

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. It wasn’t even 30 seconds before Jocelin came over to help me. Very happy with my first visit! In and out within about 30 minutes.
