Mason Family Vision

I started seeing Dr. Katie Mason last year, and I'm grateful for her and her help. She VERY patiently guided me through trying contacts versus glasses, and she helped me identify and fix a medical issue I was having with my eyes that I had just dismissed as allergic irritation. I respect and admire her passion for her work and for helping her patients. It's apparent she spends a lot of time learning and staying on top of medical developments that can help her patients. The technology for testing in the office is extensive. All of the staff I've interacted with in the office have been friendly and welcoming. The office building is attractive, clean, and welcoming, too. It's a little bit of a drive for me from downtown Columbia, but it's well worth it.

I have seen both Dr. John and Dr. Katie and they are so wonderful. They take their time and answers all questions. Great staff too !!!

I, can say without question that Dr. John and Katherine Mason are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and will explain any issues concerning your eyes. This practice is very professional and competent from the staff, the optometrists--Dr. John Mason and Dr. Katie Mason-- to the opticians. I have been a patient of Dr. John for over 20 years. And, I have seen Dr. Katie as well. They are very detailed in explaining the exams and results. What also distinguishes their practice is that they stay up-to-date on new technologies and upgrade their equipment accordingly. They also treat both adults and children, so your entire family can be treated in the same practice. Their office is modern and attractive with lots of windows at the front of the building allowing for natural light. They are conveniently located in a standalone office building in northeast Columbia.
