Dr. Abdul takes his time talking with you about any concerns and give suggestions about your concerns but leave it up to you on the decision making. He is very thorough. The receptionist were helpful as well. The 2 young ladies show great customer service on Monday, July 13th. I had a wonderful and knowledgeable experience.
Staff is professional and nice. I was given information that will help me with my son and ontaining contact lenses. I never knew how much is entailed with contact lenses. The eye doctor was efficient with his exams. I would recommend.
It took a little bit to get into the room, but the lady at the front was super nice and listened when she did the pre-test machine screenings and putting in notes in the computer. I have had eye issues in last couple years and was told at a previous eye dr & specialist that i could never wear contacts again... Well, i walked out of this doctor with contacts that didn't irritate my eyes! He listened to my concerns and took time to do a proper prescription for glasses and contacts. Happy experience here!
Great service. The entire team from the Ladies at the front to the Dr were professional, friendly, and efficient. This has consistently been my experience with this business in the last couple of years. Due to that, even though they are not in network with my Vision Plan, I chose to use their services and pay out of pocket. I would highly and very confidentially recommend this office!
The optometrist was very polite and professional. He excellent bed side manner. He was very knowledgeable about eye situation. He took his time to explain and provide great insight. Staff was also professional and knowledgeable. The office was clean and staff provided timely service.
