The prices were extremely high!! I have vision insurance but still paid $424 for my visit! My appointment didn’t last but 10-15 minutes once I sat in the chair. Front desk staff were very nice. Still can’t understand why I paid more for the visit than the contacts.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sarah Artrip. She was professional, friendly, kind, compassionate, and explain everything about my eyes. She didn't rush took her time to evaluate my and share what was going on. thank God l didn't have any serious issues.The two ladies that photograph my eyes were prior to Dr. Artrip. They did a super job as well. A great staff from the time l entered and will recommend this Lense Crafter to others.

It was an average experiment. I did not at anytime feel like I was in a first class experience. The staff were kind and polite when I was called to each of their sections but overall it was nothing that would make me return.

Heard great reviews about Dr. Bosch but wanted to experience on my own. Couldn’t have picked a better Optometrist to see me for my first introduction to contacts. He is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to make the best recommendations for you. Wish I was not moving states or I would continue seeing him!

Went to the Eye Guys to have my cataracts removed and I’m so thankful I did. The Doctors there are amazing. I’ve already been telling everyone all about the office. My vision is so clear now thanks to my surgeon Dr Beau Gardener. I have been going to Eye Guys in Augusta since 2022 and I have always had a good experience. They really do care!
