I know this sounds weird , but I had fun. Doctor Achilles was so sweet, informative and cheerful. The staff was super nice. We waited a long time to be seen, but once we got into a room it was fast. She spent quality time with us
This visit was excellent. It was definitely top notch service and care, from check in to check out. Jesus was outstanding. He was like your personal cheerleader during the initial exam. Dr Saiz treated me with kindness and respect. Explained his concerns of the exam throughly. There was no waiting (except for dilation drops to work) I was done at out in 1 hour 10minutes.
I came in my annual check for the first time staff was friendly. It was a new place for me but I felt comfortable. The eye doctor was very informative.
This was a first time visit and I was thoroughly impressed not only with Dr Saiz but also the staff... especially Christina Whom I believe was an Exam tech . She was professional, friendly, kind and thorough. Dr Saiz was also thorough and kind. He explained his diagnosis in clear understandable and straight forward terms and gave me xlnt remedies for improvements. Finally I was given a readable written summary of all he discussed. SUPER!
T his Eye Associates in Rio Rancho was very convenient for me. I live on the Westside of Albuquerque. All staff I encountered my 1st day answered all questions I had. Plus, since its a small facility it seemed quicker for all my procedures to be done. All staff were really nice and professional.
