My experience has been wonderful. I have struggled with transitional glasses for years. Between Dr Estrada (very patient and understanding) the optical department, and the rest of the team, I now have glasses I love. My exam was very thorough and Marla in optical (very knowledgeable) made navigating thru choosing frames,finance, and all other options a success. I referred a friend who saw Dr Rodriguez and he was very pleased with his experience.

This place is so high tech and I love it. Everyone is pleasant and fast and efficient. Eye doc is hot. I can actually recommend getting your eyes fixed here!

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Kylie was great at getting me through all the tests and getting my information. Dr. Deutsch was very friendly and knowledgeable during my exam. I was then passed off to Mychelle and she selected me 2 frames that I really liked from the get go. The office was clean, well designed and modern. I highly recommend this office.

I have a low copay but was charged $210 today. I was surprised by that. I was not told that there would be extra charges until I checked out. I feel like I should have been informed that there would be nearly $200 in extra charges and be given the choice to incur those costs. Staff is very nice though.

Overall good experience with the exam process but poor communication when it came to my glasses order. I had my initial app at the heights location as they are newer and got me in the same week I called. The doctor was nice and exam was easy. I was told I could move all my services and care to the Rio Rancho location as it’s much closer to my house. I went to that location and ordered my glasses and was assured I would pick them up at that location. Well I showed up for my glasses today and was informed that they were sent to the heights location. I was pretty frustrated as this was apparently not updated correctly despite what I was told. I had already driven an hour to get to the Rio Rancho location and then had to drive another 30 mins into ABQ to pick them up leaving me with over an hour drive to get home. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for this. I would say overall a good place to get your eye care needs met and nice staff but make sure they actually do everything you need them to.
