I seen Dr Anderson yesterday and as always she’s professional, kind and patient. The staff at the service desk are amazingly kind, patient, very attentive, and professional to me and all the patients they communicates with. They are always willing to help everyone. Thank you ! The eye technician who did my eye exams was so amazing. She was very patient and asked questions. The technician who took a photo of my eyes was also professional, and kind. It’s always so nice to encounter professionals who make patients feel comfortable it makes me happy and made my day to feel the kindness of the entire staff. I had a great experience at eye associates in Roswell. THANK YOU EYE ASSOCIATES for taking care of the Roswell staff members as they can take cares of all the patients!

Dr Anderson is very friendly professional and great at her job. She checked my eyes completely. Did not hurry through and explained what was happening with my eyes. Really appreciate that. The staff there was great also.

Loved everything about the atmosphere. The girls at check in made it easy and the conversation was really pleasant. The gentleman that did my eye exam was so kind and made sure I was comfortable. The doctor was just awesome. Came in and asked about all my concerns, and off of that re checked my eyes. Explained to me step by step of what the plan will be. Worth my out of town drive

Doctor is young but extremely knowledgeable, good listener, never felt rushed. Explained everything thoroughly. Definitely telling my friends about him.

From the receptionist to the people that do the tests I’m sorry I don’t know what The job title is called but will say Assistance to the doctor herself Erika (she is so awesome) she explained my eye condition in a way that I could actually understand instead of using big fancy words like most ophthalmologist do She was funny too 😂 all around wonderful people great personality and very professional oh and don’t let me forget about the guy that works in the optical. I didn’t catch his name, but he is a ginger with longish hair and glasses. He had so much patience and walked me through everything, From my frames to my lenses and the extra add-ons that could be included for my lenses that would work best for my prescription. and it was already time to close. He didn’t seem eager to leave he did his job beautifully and I personally think that man should get a raise just saying! Overall 1000% recommend Roswell Eye associates to anyone that needs eye care or just need your prescription filled to get glasses!!! Thank you eye associates for being so kind and making my experience stress-free. Y’all are doing amazing. Keep it up.👏👏
