I would have given a 5star rating, but there were some problems. When I went to pick up my glasses the FIRST time, the left lens was completely wrong !! It was like there was no lens at all. The numbers were entered in wrong on the order. They re-entered the order and I had to wait another week. When I went to pick them up the SECOND time, they had fixed the LEFT lens, but the right lens was off. Made my eye feel like it was being pulled out!! She said they had sent the right prescription lens also, but it would have to be cut cut for the frame. She could do it there, but it would take another 40 minutes. When I picked them up the THIRD time, they were better, but still felt a bit off. I have adapted to the “change” and will take them to my regular optometry office to have them adjust and check them. Other than these problems, the customer service was wonderful!!
