The front desk staff were great with their customer service skills. In a crowded waiting room, I was able to see the provider fairly quickly . The back room staff were able to get me to each room for various eye tests and I was diagnosed fairly fast. The provider was awesome. She knew exactly what my concerns were and provided great education on my eye disease process, what ti expect, how it occurred, and what my next steps will be. This facility is always busy and the staff seemed to handle it well.

I did not get to see Dr. Byrne on the day of my appointment. The provider I saw appeared to be rushed and did not give me a chance to ask questions. I have always had a good experience at Eye Associates other than this visit. The Technician that I had on the day of my appointment was wonderful, she gets 5 stars; unfortunately the provider does not.

While the testing and the auxiliary staff were all wonderful, this doctor had very poor bedside manner with my child. My child has a lifelong debilitating disease and this provider as we were leaving, made a comment. “Good luck with your life”. Totally tasteless.

Excellent in all areas. My cataract surgery was so easy and so professional and the results are life altering. I now have perfect vision. Dr. Levy is an excellent surgeon and I recommend him highly.

The front office team was exceptionally welcoming, and the technicians and doctor delivered outstanding service. Despite their demanding schedules, they consistently maintained a positive and accommodating demeanor, which significantly enhanced my overall experience.
