Eye Associates of New York

I had a great experience at Eye Associates of New York. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30, and within about five minutes I was already in the exam chair being seen, which was very impressive. The office was extremely clean, modern, and equipped with advanced technology. The staff was also very friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. Dr. Patel was excellent, hands down one of the best eye doctors I’ve seen. He answered all of my questions, took his time, and explained everything clearly without overwhelming me with too much information. I really appreciated his approach and the overall level of care. They also have a great selection of frames, although some are a bit on the pricey side. That said, it’s probably understandable given the quality and the way prices are nowadays. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I will definitely be going back.

Personalized and caring service. Everyone I've worked with has gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and I'm comfortable with my new glasses. Sometimes, as with my eye situation, that takes a bit of tweaking. This team, Drs Patel and Robiletto, who picked up my case in Dr Patel's absence yesterday, and the practice's optician, Marina, are skilled, kind and caring. The front desk staff, too. It's been wonderful to work with them: cannot recommend highly enough!

THE WORST PLACE EVER. After going to this place a year ago filling a prescription and purchasing $800 worth of contacts from them. I went to ask them for a few contacts today after my last appointment in 2024. I understand the law. But it was just sorry no. No we can get you a quick appointment to help you out or anything. Just no

I went in to have my eye prescription checked, but due to dry eyes, they were unable to complete the exam. I was advised to schedule another appointment, but the process was not handled efficiently. Unfortunately, this resulted in a waste of my time and effort. I now have to wait again for an updated prescription while continuing to deal with blurry vision.

Excellent experience. Dr. Patel was very professional and attentive, and the staff helped me choose the perfect glasses. Great service overall!
