Wonderful experience! Emily was very helpful through and through with selecting new glasses. Dr. Frederick was a great active listener throughout our appointment. Last, but not least, Scott helped a lot with fixing my current glasses - they feel brand new!
Scott and Emily were great today. Emily was able to give me my son's prescription and explain when they expire and what the difference was between the eyeglass and contact prescription. Scott was able to tighten up my eyeglasses, clean them and sent me home with some additional cleaner. The Shawnee office has always been good to us. Great place to get your eyes taken care of. Thank Yall for everything.
I will never go to another vision office after experiencing this one. Genuinely the most helpful, high spirited, kind, and educated people. Dr. Fredrick, Brandi, Scott, and the ladies up front were all amazing. I've never enjoyed the eye doctor more...? Crazy statement, I know. Thankful to have come across this place.🫶🏼
Zoe was knowledgeable, friendly and had good suggestions. I found the perfect Chesterfield frame and magnetic clip on glasses for night time driving to reduce headlight glare. Scott was able to adjust my new frames that just arrived in 5 minutes and with 5 adjustments, must be a skill. With the previous person took many attempts and longer time. Useful knowledge of my frames, lenses and my previous eyeglasses I wore that day. Kelsey OD was knowledgeable/friendly with my multiple questions and to choose which lense style.
I had a great experience at this optometrist’s office. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Frederick was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. Uncle Scott was a very helpful gentleman and has a great name, us scotts have to stick together 😁. The entire exam was efficient while still feeling personalized and unhurried. I highly recommend this optometrist to anyone looking for excellent eye care and a friendly, professional experience.
