I have worn glasses most of my life and have been to countless eye doctors and I can honestly say that Dr Young is the best I have seen. He’s thorough, answers all questions and never seems rushed. The whole staff at InFocus is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you all for everything.

Not using real name for this since many people threaten to sue now if give truthful bad reviews. Both me and my partner got bad glasses here. Had lens coating wear and abnormal high scratching immediately. They looked at them and admitted the lab they sent them to is bad and no longer use it. Offered no refund even though was within months vs yr. Spent thousands and not even discount for better lens replacements. Tried to blame it on saying was only lab my insurance would use, but my partners had different and not true. And sales guy up front had actually said my private work insurance was so good I should buy all the upgrades since they would pay for it! Their cleaner with the advertising name on it is also bad for damaging lens coating on other glasses. Snobby people up front. Guy selling glasses is obnoxious pretentious like his favorite place he loves, Romanelli Optics. He buys flashy frames for office, but mine were junk that broke right off. Front desk friendly at first, but clearly not really interested in beyond basic required for appearances and dismissive if an issue. Doctor seems nice, but some of his staff needs to go even if friends..bad for business.

Exceptional experience. Very friendly staff. When picking any sort of provider, I try to avoid the flashy new buildings, marble floors, thousand dollar light fixtures, etc. because they are going to be more expensive. InFocus Eyecare is unpretentious and comfortable. Dr. Young is extremely knowledgable, down-to-earth and pleasant to visit with. He takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. An absolute gem. I refer anyone looking for an eye care provider. Strong recommend.

Well, I was a patient there until I got new coverage. So, I went into the office asking if they knew or would recommend another optometrist that was in network with my coverage. The woman looked at me, and her response on her face…well, it wasn’t helpful. She said, “we don’t know anyone who’s in your new plan.” Wasn’t word for word, but she looked clueless, like the movie. I went into there to hopefully find another eye doctor, because I’m a diabetic, and diabetics need special eye care. I guess the receptionist is not compassionate or empathic enough to see if Dr. Young had a recommendation.

I have always had some issues with wearing contact lenses before. Dr. Young took time to listen to me and helped me get the best lenses that made my eyes feel more comfortable! He is very thorough, and staff members were friendly!
