Dr. Smith has been very nice and patient during my appointments. He explained why I was having the problem I was having with getting the right glasses and it was due to the worsening of my cataracts. They worked me in for a second refraction, and Liz was very thorough and patient in doing the refraction. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.
Jessica Cameron is the most caring eye doctor I’ve ever been to in 60 years. Jessica takes Time with you, explains what she sees in ways you can understand, you’re never a number with her, she genuinely connects with you. She is brilliant and caring. A rare find these days. I Know I am in good hands with Dr. Cameron.
Tech scanned my eyes with one machine, moved to another room for the tech to scan on a different machine. Saw the eye doctor for maybe three minutes. I asked for paperwork of my visit when I checked out. I was told there was no paperwork. I got an email a couple of days later with a synopsis of my appointment. The records stated I had "dry-eye syndrome and it was discussed in detail with me and that I should follow recommended therapy". Not a single word was mentioned about my having dry-eye syndrome, which I have never had before; I thought that was the point of going to see a doctor so I could ask questions about this first time diagnosis.
I have been a patient for six or seven years and have confidence in Dr Cameron. I understand she has moved on and need to actually talk to you guys about who is taking over and what I should expect
