I had a wonderful experience at Eye Boutique! I chose this location over several other repair options because I needed a screw replaced in my sunglasses, and I’m so glad I did. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Alice. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. I explained what I needed, and she immediately took a look at my sunglasses without any hesitation. After assessing them, she repaired them in just a couple of minutes and handed them back looking good as new. I was fully expecting to pay for the repair, so I was pleasantly surprised when she told me there was no charge. That level of kindness and customer care is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Eye Boutique in Naperville. After searching many other eyewear stores, I finally found exactly what I was looking for here. They have a wide selection of stylish frames that work well for smaller adult faces (which isn’t always easy to find). Alice P. and Taylor were incredibly patient and helpful, and they immediately found frames that were the perfect match in both style and fit for my face shape. They walked me through all my options and helped me choose my first pair of glasses. I actually ended up getting two pairs thanks to the out-of-pocket discount. No other store I visited came close to the level of service and selection I found at Eye Boutique. Alice and Taylor took the time to answer every question I had, and I never felt rushed. My order even arrived earlier than promised, and I’m so happy with my stylish new glasses.

I had a wonderful experience with Joann and Alice. They erected very pleasant to work with. Joann pick out great frames and helped me step out of my comfort zone with a different kind of frame then I’m use too. Joann was patient and helpful as I took my time deciding. I love the frame I eventually chose. Overall 10/10 experience!
