We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Eng and staff on Electric Rd. As seniors we’ve had many eye appointments. This was the best of the best. Lacey and Dr. Eng were genuine, professional, thorough, and informative with my husband. I was included in the entire review and information provided. Dr. Coolbaugh was so kind made me felt like a valued client and not just another customer or patient. I must say the ambience of the office felt so inviting and relaxing for a professional environment. I would definitely recommend Eye Care Surgery Inc to my friends and families from the young lady that signed me in, to the young man that did my eye examination sorry l forgot his name to Doctor Coolbaugh. I had light adjustable cataract surgery, all my visits were great. Dr. Eng did a great job with surgery...very caring. Kari Booth has done all follow up visit while doing the adjustments. She explains all she is doing, the entire staff were wonderful, very pleasant. Such a great team of people to take care of you.
We had to reschedule our appointments and make sure they were before school if possible. The staff at the office did amazing job of getting us in. We traditionally see dr booth who is so fantastic. She takes her time explaining and answering all questions. Highly recommend this office
The eye care annual appointment was so thorough. A young man assisted me first and he was amazing, patient and thorough. My experience with my doctor went well too. The entire office experience is always comprehensive and I would recommend this practice to friends and family. From the front desk to the final checkout it is so professional.
