Every time I get eye glasses from here. I can't see clearly out of them. The doctor seems in a rush I'm going to request a different doctor next time, I will say the office is very beautiful and clean!
I’m so disappointed with the care my family has received recently because this used to be a great place. This review isn’t based of 1 bad experience with them, I have had almost nothing but problems every time myself or my children have been seen this past year. If you do go here ask to only see Dr. Schamerloh.
I've never had a bad experience at an eye doctor, but I've never really had an enjoyable experience either. I did enjoy my appointment at Eyecare Associates. The staff and Dr. Gustus were exceptionally friendly and professional. The doctor kept me informed as to what was going on and was very open to questions and concerns. It seemed like a very good and even fun work environment as well.
I’ve been going to Gustus for as long as I can remember… And now my girls do. The team as a whole though are phenomenal. We’re always in and out pretty fast like and the customer service is always great! Definitely no complaints here. :)
I have been a patient since I was a kid, now I'm bringing my own kids in for their eye exams. The doctors and staff are all so kind and knowledgeable. They really take the time to listen to any concerns you may be having and do thorough exams every time. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
