Absolutely terrible. Scheduled an appointment for my son weeks in advance. On the day of the appointment I walked in to them saying it was cancelled by “his father” this morning. I said my husband never cancelled the appointment and gave my son’s name again. They then said it’s not Austin? I said no. (I said his name twice at this point). They put him back in and then after waiting 45 mins in the room after the appointment time. I stepped out to ask questions and the front desk lady asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said what I really want is an apology. She said she was sorry for the miscommunication, I said there was none on my part, I never called this morning. She said well the name was very similar. I said, I’m sorry, Austin and my son’s name are not similar. She was like I’m not going to sit here and be yelled at. I told her I wasn’t yelling but I would be more than happy to give an example of such ( not my finest moment but she sure tried my patience’). She then said there was no need to reschedule that I would not be coming back there. She did me a favor really but it was still shocking. How hard was it to have some accountability? She literally could have said, we made a mistake I’m so sorry, let us reschedule you because at this point you will be waiting a while. Terrible. The ophthalmologist may be outstanding but I never was able to even get that far. At least I can go home knowing I don’t live with that woman, I’m sure her husband is always the one that’s wrong.
