This location’s dentist office is exceedingly poorly managed. They demand punctuality from their patients yet demonstrate no corresponding ability to maintain an environment that respects anyone’s time. I waited twenty‑five minutes in the lobby, followed by nearly twenty more in the back before I was finally seen. Despite multiple requests for call backs, not a single message was returned. The disregard is systemic. The office itself is in visible disrepair. Tray handles crumbling, staff rushing from room to room searching for basic supplies, inventory shortages on essential items, missing apparatus and equipment leaking to the point of dripping water onto patients to state a few. It conveys an atmosphere not merely of disorganization, but of neglect.

Jean Fabini was a lovely provider for my son. She went into much detail with her explanations and asked thorough questions to help my boy. She was very kind.
I really appreciate how Allissa, and her team treated me for two years. They did great job with helping me better understand with my overall health. Allissa is amazing!
This is a general critique for NHs all across Fort Wayne. There's no way to email them; there's no way to bring up concerns through the patient dashboard. There are technical issues on the site and apparently in their actual clinics because I've been troubleshooting the same issue with them since I FIRST started going there, which makes it difficult to pay my bills. Don't even get me started on their phone service. I feel like they do as much as they can to inconvenience low-income and/or incredibly busy patients. If they really cared, they would tighten up their operations, stop messing up patient files, and actually help people, especially those who can't take the apparently multiple days needed to figure out their tech issues.
I go to this location for their WIC services. The ladies in the nutrition department and behind the desk have always been kind and helpful. However, I have to say the security staff make it unfriendly for your children. An older gentleman was rude to me and my THREE year old because he wanted to watch the water run in the drinking fountain and push the button. He was not splashing in the water or touching the water spout or even being loud! But apparently letting him be three is inappropriate in an establishment for women and children.
