Dr. Skorupa and his staff are kind, thorough and provide wonderful customer service at every appointment. Dr. Skorupa, in particular, has been extremely patient with me the past few years while we are trying to figure out and correct my vision. I really appreciate it. A big THANKS to them all.
My appointment today with Dr. Skroupa was EXCELLENT! The person at the check in desk was very kind and professional. The wait time was very short. Everyone that I met with, were very professional and very nice. Their work was very thorough. Everyone was EXCELLENT!! I would recommend Mid West Eye Consultants to anyone.
My visit was on 4/30/2026. The staff took great care of me. It was the last day of my insurance and I walked in without an appointment. The front staff was very compassionate towards my predicament and worked me in. By doing so, she saved me hundreds of dollars while I'm transitioning to a new job and my new insurance doesn't start for a while. All the staff treated me well and I am more than satisfied with the customer service I received even though I made their job more difficult by not making an appointment before hand. Thank you
They were very helpful and quick, my boyfriend and my son and myself all went there and I had no issues. They were very friendly and they were the only ones that were willing to help me with the insurance coverages that I need to look up.
Good staff, clean professional facility. Dr. Skorupa is excellent. The only thing, you can't seem to reach to office by phone much of the time - have to leave a message and wait for a return call.
