1 star for the doctor and ZERO STARS for the lazy technician who didn't want to be bothered. We had to ask for a glasses case and left without getting my daughter's glasses adjusted because of this terrible experience. I do not recommend this place!
Assistants were courteous. Dr. Hivley was nice and very professional! The lens technician worked with me to identify glasses at a more favorable price.
The office was very clean. The ladies are very nice and helpful . They explained the pricing difference on items. Very knowledgeable.
I had a discrepancy with billing. Kerri Foster was kind courteous and delightful. She solved my problem and all of the financial situations have been resolved to my perfect satisfaction. Her 25 years of experience is definitely showing.
The service was excellent but the new glasses were a little more expensive than I expected. Overall Dr Hiveley and staff are always a good visit.
