Dr. Rossi is excellent and I always want to see him. However, I ordered eyeglasses from them, and it's been a frustrating experience. First, I don't believe they used the right insurance, so I had to submit my own claim, what I paid $30 for last year at Walmart was $371 at Eye Care Associates. I questioned the cost and why they didn't use the eye insurance from my husband's work, I was told they used my EyeMed insurance because that benefited me the most, so I just went with it. However, I called my husband's insurance company, and they told me to submit my own claim, and they'd send anything that I was owed directly to me. Next, I paid for my glasses with my Care Credit card, which was charged twice and I had to get that resolved. Now, my glasses should have been here in 7-10 business days, it has now been 14 business days and still no glasses. I called the office 11 business day after my appointment and was told that they were not in and I'd get an e-mail or text when they arrived. My husband ordered contacts the same day and he received his contacts last week. I am beginning to wonder if they really ordered the glasses or if the order is still sitting there waiting to be submitted. This is the first time I ordered glasses with this office, and I do not plan to order glasses from them again. But again, we love Dr. Rossi and will use him as long as he is in practice. I am giving a rating of 3 based on the appointment with Dr. Rossi which I would rate a 5, I can't however rate it higher because of the situation with the eyeglasses.
