Dr. Crockett was absolutely amazing. I felt like I was truly being listened to and actually heard. Alan G in Optical is THE BEST. He picked several glasses for me and was very honest about what looked best for me, and I actually went with his selection. I picked them up today, and they look so good. He was 100% right. The staff was very kind to me. Highly recommend.
It was my first visit to this office, as I’ve previously been going to another eye care provider, and I just want to say how impressed I was. I was referred here by my grandma, and I’m so glad she recommended this place. The staff is fantastic, welcoming me with bright smiles and genuine engagement that truly made me feel valued as a patient. I especially want to give a huge shout out to Mrs. Samantha. She is absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, strong work ethic, and warm personality really stood out. She knows how to create a positive atmosphere and made me feel appreciated and comfortable throughout my visit. Great job to the entire team. Keep up the excellent work!
I can’t say enough about these folks and Dr. Crockett. I scratched my eye and they worked me in, three times until I could get some relief. Dr. Crockett even came in to see me on a Saturday before his vacation. They were terrific from the front desk to the technicians and especially Dr. Crockett. They were tremendous. I can’t recommend them enough. When you need help it’s so nice to find people that care, and they do.

This is by far the best eye dr office I have been to. The front desk clerk was very welcoming. My technician was awesome! I was also able to speak to the insurance/bill representative. Even my check out clerk was compassionate. I wasn't forced to make a decision on the spot about my contacts or glasses. The Dr was LIGHTHEARTED and knowledgeable. Definitely glad to switch to this office. 😂😂😂😂😂 (Updated after office response) See what I mean???!!!! I love y'all already. I meant "lighthearted". To your credit, I took my new contacts out, then typed this. 😂😂😂
