Doctor William H. Feagin is a good brilliant doctor, he examine your eyes very carefully and thoroughly. If you need a eye specialist he would recommend you to one.I have been knowing him for him over 22 years. Mike is a eye specialist he fit your eyes from the right glasses and the receptionist is nice kind and courtesy everyone there is so kind very lovely people I recommend anyone to go to associate eye Care high quality.

I have no complaints about the doctor are his staff but the front desk is another issue. My primary doctor wanted me to have a diabetic eye exam. I checked with my insurance company and the eye exam has a 0 copay. I was billed 95.00. I talked to the insurance company and they told me that I didn't have a diabetic eye exam but instead I had some kind of procedure done and that was way I was billed 95.00. I have had this same exam done many times with this office and others and this was the same exam. I would not recommend this doctors office based on the front desk. You never know what you got until you get a BS bill. I know I had just a eye exam but they told the insurance company I had something totally different.

I really like Dr Feagin. He's always patiently answered any questions I've had. The staff I've interacted with have always been great and I've never had an issue getting a timely appointment or waited more than 3-4 days for my glasses to be ready. Replacement glasses are usually ready same day.

Been using eyecare associates for many many years my kids and grandkids also. Staff is Awesome ❤️

Can not recommend this place enough . Dr Faegin and Dr. Mac are amazing. Their staff were kind and very polite and made me feel comfortable. I am so glad I chose them to take care of me. GREAT Job! Plus my glasses are so cute!!
