Visionworks have great selections and great prices. I love that the salespersons are friendly and make sure you understand and get what you need at the right price.

This review is long overdue. I went to visionworks last year to get my lenses because they were able to cut the lenses the same day and i was going out of town and needed then right away. I paid over 200 I think it was 230 for the lenses. About 2 days later while cleaning my glasses with my microfiber cloth, i notices a streak in one of my lenses. I thought maybe I needed to clean them again but nothing worked. I just ignored it until it was more streaks and more noticeable. It looked like the film on the lense was peeling off. I was surprise and confused as I have worn glasses for more than 15yrs and never seen this before. Finally I called the store and was told that i has waited more than 30 days and didn't purchase insurance on the lenses which I was never offered but the lady was nice enough to offer it to me at that time so i had to pay another 40 for insurance and then they would replace the lenses 1 time. So I went to purchase the insurances and have my lenses replaced. When I showed the glasses to the staff, they couldn't explain it. By this time, upon arrival I learned that they no longer do the lenses on site and would have to ship my glasses to CA and it would be 2 weeks.... No one mentioned that before. Anyway, it took longer than the time quoted. After a couple days finally i called to find out what was up and was told it would be a few more days. Long story short after a 2 weeks, they were back to the streaked look but i never went back because the lady told me I could only use it one time. What made me post my review today is seeing how much worse it continues to get. $300 completely wasted. I would never go back or recommend.

Called today to get an appointment, although the website states walk ins welcomed. I was informed they not processing eye exams at this time because they have not hired a doctor and they do not know when they will. What??!!

My experience was awesome such heartwarming service of the staff very courteous and respectful this is my eye care place of the future I also have recommended several people I'm also proud of their products

Very nice place to get glasses. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Service was awesome. Prices are very reasonable. Recommended
