Found online information was accurate on arrival at the store. The replacement frames were in stock and the tech installed my existing lenses in the new frames in no time. I brought my prescription for a new pair I had picked out online, along with a 40% online coupon. The technician gave me the best price in consideration of both the coupon and my insurance benefit. They threw in a free pair of readers (custom to my prescription) with a very nice case and cleaning cloth. I haven’t received my new prescription glasses yet, but based on the efficiency and professionalism I’ve experienced so far, I know I will be pleased. My new place for my eyewear needs…..

This place is wonderful. We have used them for approx. 5 years. They supply us with glasses for our young girl. There has been 3 times ( different years) that they have supplied us with replacement glasses ( 1 year warranty) due to accidents with the glasses. There is never any friction or weirdness. The glasses are always spot on when checked by her eye doctor. This time Zack and Lori ( sp) were exceptional. Will continue to use this location for my family's glasses.

My how things have changed. I miss Dr. McCarthur. First of all this is no longer a typical eye exam office. It now utilizes a Technician to assist with routine tests, scans and measurements before they upload info for a teleDr. who comes on screen to discuss your issues if any and proceeds to do your refractory tests remotely. Then when he finishes he passes the screen to an Opthamologist who reviews everything and tells you what you need to know about your eye health. Very through and they email the report to you. Only negative is they require a list of acknowledgements beforehand and some don't apply. I've never contemplated contacts so the acknowledgement of fitting policy is meaningless. They did not allow opt out and would not proceed w/o agreement. Not sure I'll return in the future due to this all in one routine. Otherwise an OK visit.

As always the customer service was amazing, and a wide variety of frames to choose from and fast service! The only problem was my wife and I both turned prescriptions in, but when they were ready, she was the only one to receive a text message for the pick! She was at work and I was home and if I had received a text message, I could have picked them up earlier that day and wouldn’t had to wait the next day for picking them up!

My eye doctor wouldn't allow me to buy new frames for my good lenses to replace my damaged frames without another eye exam despite the fact my current eye exam is less than a year old. So I called here and was told if they had frames that fit they would sell them to me, no appointment required. I walked in and within minutes Zach found a pair that worked. The price was fifth of what I would have paid at my eye doctor. I think I will start bringing my business here. Thanks!
