I made the appt for my annual exam during my last exam, so a year in advance, I didn't receive a confirmation so I called the day of. I was informed that that doctor was no longer there (this is a corporate eyecare operation so they rotate out annually) and the next appt would be in October. What is the point of making the appt? Why not just tell the patient to call and schedule on their own? This is an unprofessional way to conduct business. On the other hand, the office staff has always been lovely.

The staff is nice but they’re entirely too slow. The first time I went I was there almost 2 hours. And then this time, something that shouldn’t have taken 15 minutes tops took over an hour. I waited almost 45 minutes before they would even take me back. So if you have a busy schedule, make sure you have nothing else you need to do on the day of your appointment.
People were great in that they were friendly however I told them when I set the appt and 3x during the visit I only wanted contact prescription but when I went to check out they charged me for both a glasses and contact exam which of course wasnt covered by my insurance. They need to listen and not just do what ever they want. It was already bad be cause no one told me my Dr left they just canceled appt and I had to figure out what was going on by myself no communication from there at all. Considering changing doctor's at this point. Both situations have now put my opinions of this place not good. Someone reached out however the email they gave to respond to was invalid. Not sure they are actually trying to resolve. Its very frustrating. My boyfriend and his daughter went yesterday and they didn't even give them their prescriptions. I don't understand how they can run a business like this.
Scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance for July. A week prior to the actual appointment I get notified that it was cancelled. I called to reschedule but they couldn’t fit me in until October. I understand things happen but it doesn’t seem like this place values your time. If you schedule here, I would highly recommend scheduling a backup appointment somewhere else.
I’ve never had a bad experience here. Getting new glasses is my 4th fav holiday of the year ❤️ I felt like such a premium grown up when I got prescription sunglasses and regular glasses. I’ve been going to ECA for YEARS. I’ll never go anywhere else.
