This is not my eye Dr. My sister seen them for the first time, and from what she has told me I wasn’t to impressed. I’ve worn glasses all my life and for one, I have never heard anyone say go home and try them for a week, to someone who has never been to an eye Dr. before in their life for glasses. They should have fitted her, and evaluated her with the new glasses. Dr. Wasn’t very friendly at all and should have explained more to patient, being their first time, instead of rushing through!! To make a long story short, she paid a good bit of money for nothing but readers after a second trip! I would not recommend. My husband went in for glasses at the age of 55 for the first time, at another eye clinic, of course, and came out with Progressive and absolutely loved them. She said “ it might take some time to get used to” he said no ma’am I can see perfect!! People need to take time with their patients. I don’t care if you’re a doctor, or just a receptionist, quit rushing through everything.

Their phone system states that calls are recorded, and I would strongly recommend that someone other than the office manager review both her calls and the front desk calls. I work as a billing manager, and if anyone on my team spoke to a patient the way the office manager did today, they would not be allowed to continue in that role. Patient care and patient experience should always be a priority in any healthcare setting. While patients may be frustrated at times, it is our responsibility to remain supportive, reassuring, and solution‑oriented. Passing the patient from person to person within the same organization only increases their frustration. Based on the interaction I witnessed, the office manager appeared argumentative and not aligned with a customer‑service‑focused approach. This behavior raises concerns about whether this individual is suited for a role that involves direct patient communication and support.

I normally go to the Dothan office but have lately decided that I don’t want to have to make that drive unless I have no other option. I’m so glad I made an apt with Enterprise office. The staff & Dr were all so kind as well as efficient. Dr took her time and answered any questions I had. It also looked like they had a nice selection of frames for those that don’t use contacts. I would highly suggest this office if your local or don’t want to make the chaotic trip to Dothan.

Buying glasses is not much fun and pricey. I was referred by a friend and walked in without and appointment and they were able to work me in for the day. They were great! Absolutely great service and very helpful. Worked with me on my insurance and were able to get me set with 2 pairs for a great price. Great selection of frames at all prices. Thank you. I will be back.

I had an appointment at this clinic, and unfortunately, my experience with the front desk receptionist, Kelsey, was very disappointing. She seemed annoyed from the moment I walked in, sighed heavily, clapped her hands in frustration, and acted as if she didn’t want to help us at all. It was our first time visiting and we expected a more welcoming attitude. This level of unprofessional behavior is not acceptable, especially in a medical setting. I hope the clinic addresses this issue for the sake of future patients.
