Eye Care Center

I have been going to Eye Care Center in Fridley for many years and have always had a fantastic experience. I was recently quite overdue for an eye exam, but when I went back in, the staff and optometrist were as friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as ever. Shortly after my visit, I ordered new contact lenses and received a message letting me know they were on backorder. To make sure I was taken care of, they are sending me a few lenses to tide me over until my full order arrives. That extra level of customer service is exactly why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Ms Alvarado is THE BEST O.D. that has served me since I’ve been coming to Eye Care Center before year 2000 when I retired from MEDTRONIC. I made a suggestion to her for consideration that the company provide a chair, not on wheels for those of us like me who use a cane For the customers safety if they choose to use it. She acknowledged my suggestion to be considered by the company. From there, she proceeded examining my eyes for which I had some serious concern. She spent much time explaining to me the results she had obtained regarding my eyesight and recommendations for improvement. I will not bother here to mention those items. But I so truly. Absolutely appreciated the time she took so that she understood that I understood what she told me. In short, she took a long time to communicate different ways to me so I had a good understanding when I got out of the chair what her recommendations were and what the plan for my eyes is I consider that devotion to the patient as extraordinary and I so appreciated it!

First visit and I'm already a loyal patient! Check-in was seamless, and every person I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. Sue made me feel completely at ease before my exam, Dr. Beers was wonderful and easy to talk to, and Lucky was patient with me until I found the perfect frames. From start to finish, it was an exceptional experience. I'll absolutely be coming back!
