I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Andrew Savitz and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and even offered me water or seltzer while I waited. The technicians who performed my eye exams were professional, patient, and made the entire process easy. When it came time to choose glasses, I received honest guidance without any pressure to buy. The billing staff also took the time to explain the pricing clearly, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was Dr. Savitz. He genuinely cared about my eye health and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. I originally went in hoping to get contact lenses, but instead of rushing to make a sale, he recommended waiting a month because of my dry eyes so he could treat the issue first and reevaluate me. That level of honesty and putting the patient’s health first is hard to find. It’s refreshing to find a doctor who truly cares more about your vision than making money. I can honestly say I’ve found my new eye doctor, and I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Savitz and his entire staff to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

Rude and unprofessional staff (receptionist/phone call operators) Doctors are fine. Limited parking. Limited appointment availability. Pricing is significantly inflated compared to other local providers. For the exact same services and products, at least for contacts anyways. I highly recommend shopping around and getting a quote elsewhere before booking an appointment here. The customer service poor. Just lost a patient for over ten years.

I’ve been coming here for my annual eye exams for over 10 years, and my parents have been patients even longer (after moving my dad even used to fly in from out of state). Although the practice has changed over the years with new owners and a beautifully renovated office, it’s still the only place I want to go. Everyone you interact with is kind, welcoming, and efficient. There aren’t many people I’d trust with my eyes, and I trust this team completely. Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing and so kind. It my was daughters first time at an eye doctor appointment. Everyone was so patient and kind. When choosing glasses they took their time and made sure they fit properly to her face…not too wide or narrow. Great place to go!!
