I had cataract surgery and Dr Rothstein was willing to work with me despite my not being able to use preservatives in eye drops and also not wanting sedation. He was thoughtful, did excellent work, and communicated well with me throughout.

Outstanding service. I am pretty let down consistently by the current state of the medical system. That was not the case with the Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado. I went in there because I got a metal shard in my eye. Within 30 minutes of arrival I was being treated by Dr. Parikh. She was speedy, knowledgeable, and I experienced no pain during extraction. They got the metal piece out with ease and I was feeling 90% recovered within 24 hours. I would recommend this location for any eye/vision related needs.
Was very impressed would absolutely give them a five. Dr. Knoff was very nice. I loved that he was very straight forward. I also loved that I could ask any question and it would get answered. He also showed you your pictures. He took time to make sure you understood . Staff was extremely nice as well. They kept you involved in what was going on. Would highly recommend them all.
My experience was mixed. The person doing the initial tests for Dr Krone was extremely rough with my head and neck. It’s not flexible due to health issues and she manually put it where she wanted it not asking for permission. This caused unnecessary pain. Dr Krone was excellent in his care along with his male assistant. Both very caring. I have never had the type of treatment I received from the female assistant that did beginning test. I’m usually very pleased with everyone, but she should not be working with people if she is going to manhandle them.
I would leave a "0" start rating if I could but Googler makes usd give at least 1 star. I had a terrible experience here. I was having very significanteye problems and the Dr. I saw scared my wife and I very bad saying they needed to do an MRI immediately because my symptoms matched a stroke, cancer and many other things. I got the MRI withing 90 minutes on a Thursday and had the results in my patient portal that same afternoon. I was told the Dr. would call me between appointments or after clinic hours that same day. I left 2 voice messages and no call back. I left 3 messages the next day (Friday) and no call back. Then went all weekend wondering if i had or was going to have a stroke with no communication from the Dr. at all. Left a message Monday (day 4 of worrying) no answer and sent an e mail complaining and left a review. Within 10 minutes of leaving review got a phone call from the Dr, I told her I would not be back and was going to be seen by another doctor and requested that the follow up appointment be canceled. Today they billed me $50 for a no show visit. I would not recommend to anyone
