Dr. Chang is one of the most patient and thorough eye doctors I have come across, and is the only person I trust to fully correct my eyesight. Unlike other practices that rush you through the process like an assembly line, with Dr. Chang you get personalized care that helps you with your specific needs. Regardless of any changes to my health and vision insurance, I won’t go anywhere else.
Today was my first visit and so far I've been very pleased. I traveled from Nebraska to see Dr. Chang due to her expertise in binocular vision disorder. I planned my trip accordingly and mapped it out on Google maps. When I pulled up (one min after my appointment time) I realized something looked off about the sign on the building and just the building in general. It didn't look like the picture on Google. Turns out Google somehow changed my route/destination/*something*- because I definitely was not where I needed to be. I called their office and they were so kind to allow me to still keep my appointment even though I was then 25 minutes away. Front desk staff were kind, polite, and thoughtful. Dr. Chang was thorough with her examination and explained everything very well. I was so relieved to finally know that all my symptoms that I've had for over a decade have not all "been in my head". That I actually do have something going on that's impacting my vision to a degree that interferes with my quality of life. I received a packet about my vision/ brain disorder and a well communicated treatment plan with full transparency on pricing. And while yes, it is expensive- I'll work overtime to be able to cover the cost because my vision is that important to me and I have confidence that Dr. Chang can help me.
I just saw Dr Chang for a (late) annual vision checkup. This place is peaceful and the front desk folks are truly kind. Dr Chang is attentive and I never felt like I was being rushed through the routine. I always leave feeling like I got the most thorough eye exam around. She actually asked a question about my eye health that I completely forgot was a problem before! She's paying attention and I am so grateful for her expertise and care.
The Owner/Optometrist, Dr. Chang, listened to me and treated me as a person and a patient she cares for. I appreciate her. I can see! There is always some tweaking of the prescription with new glasses/contacts. This was a good experience. I cannot wait to meet with my Optometrist again. I appreciate her. I got contacts for the first time ever. Everyone was so patient when teaching me how to care for my new prosthetic (contact lenses) and myself in relation to it. Even the lady who took our paperwork and payment treated us like people and not just another patient. I appreciate the whole staff. And we were not ignored not once. Dr. Chang even made my life partner have stunt and confidence in her abilities when she asked him if he had anything to add or ask while she was still diagnosing me and he is a tough cookie when it comes to choosing doctors. I had a good experience here.
Outstanding practice! Dr. Chang is a wonderful, patient and kind eye doctor. She helped me understand something that a specialist had not clarified. She was also happy to give me an eyeglass prescription that meets my personal needs as a painter. Everyone in the practice is excellent. Thank you, Dr. Chang!!!
