Dr. Rigney is exceptionally thorough and great at explaining details about your vision and the health of your eyes. He’s very knowledgeable! The staff is all very friendly as well!

I have wore glasses since I was 4 but never had eye pain or problems. I woke up one day in pain that I ignored for a couple of days. He was the first call I made and I'm so glad. He answered the phone himself and got me an appointment same day. I was in pretty bad shape, but everyone was calm and so patient with me. Dr. Rigney asked questions to help us figure out how to fix me up. And all the questions paid off! Pain and discomfort reduced by nearly 80% by the next day! Kelly made everything at the end so smooth and easy, even made sure I had protective glasses for my hike. Truly felt like we had know them for more than a day.

My family and I have gone to Dr. Rigney for years. My most recent visit will definitely be my last. I was one of the first appointments of the morning in the winter, and during my exam the lenses kept fogging up, and Dr. Rigney informed me that he turns off the heat over the weekend and didn't turn it on again until that morning when getting to work. Winters in Oklahoma can get quite cold, so I think it is considerate to keep your patients comfortable, as should any healthcare provider. The exam room was ice cold and obviously affected my exam, as when I received my 2 pairs of glasses (that I paid over $400 with insurance for), they were not even the correct lenses that I picked out, nor can I wear them because my prescription is wrong from the subpar eye exam I received. Staff was also rude to my mother when she came in to pick up my glasses, which staff said were never paid for or ordered. Low and behold, staff ended up being wrong but were still unpleasant with my mother. This was a super unfortunate experience, but I think everyone deserves to know that you will not be getting what you pay for when visiting Dr. Rigney.

Excellent care, personable, and precise. Dr Rigney is determined to get your prescription right. He is the best optometrist I’ve ever been to. Kelly and Kailah are wonderful as well! A very friendly and helpful atmosphere!!!

This place is a gem- they squeezed me in when I showed up last minute needing help. I got an excellent exam with option to follow up in the near future I felt very cared for. My glasses were cute and I got them in a matter of a few hours. The staff and doctor were SO professional and friendly I came by chance and will be a loyal customer now.
