I am very pleased with my visit to Dr. Paul Loving. He and his staff were extremely kind and helpful. I never felt rushed or overlooked at any point in the process of scheduling the appointment or during the eye exam. I had a lot of questions, but Dr. Loving and his crew patiently answered each one. Thanks a million!!!
I went to Loving Eyecare in July and absolutely loved the care I received! Everyone answered my questions and helped me get a better understanding of my eye health. Could not recommend a better place!
Dr. Clark is awesome! He was so patient with my kids. The staff makes you feel welcomed and I have not had a bad experience there! We have been there for years and will not go anywhere else
I arrived Friday morning hoping for a walk in appointment but had to schedule an appointment for the following Friday. Which I understand. But when I showed up for my appointment. I was told I was in there system but no appointment and they could not get me in. I will go somewhere that I get seen the first visit.
My husband & I had eye exams in August. After our exams we went next door to order our glasses. During that consult, we realized contacts would be great to have as well. So we walked back over to this establishment and paid for the contact fitting and contact appointment. At the conclusion of this visit we paid for and ordered contacts. A week later, I drove the 45 minutes to this office to pick up glasses (next door) and see about the contacts we ordered. We were told they had shipped but were not in yet. To come back in 7-10 days. I had asked about them shipping to our home, but since they had already shipped, we could not change the course. I called today, September 12th, and was told that the contacts were not ever ordered. There is no existence of us ever ordering them (other than our own personal receipts). Instead of re-ordering our contacts which have already been paid for, they told us we would have to pay again. Seems like no one in this office has a clue about their patients or what they are telling anyone. I would not recommend this place unless you want to pay twice in order to get your contacts. Eye mart express next door is wonderful though.
