I have been seeing Dr. Alla Malishkevich for years, and she is fantastic. She has a calming presence, explains things thoroughly, and always has your best interests in mind. She recommended I be evaluated for a vision correction surgery that I had never heard of (EVO ICL) and it has been life changing.
Dr. Alla Malishkevich identified a need for advanced care - very much appreciate her expertise, knowledge, and care. I will continue to see her for my annual eye exams. Ruslana has been very helpful with scheduling, ordering, rebates, etc. Big City Optical in Bannockburn has a pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.
I had a wonderful experience at Big City Optical. The team was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to walk me through my contact lenses and eyeglasses prescription, making sure everything was perfectly suited to my needs. What stood out most was how attentive and patient everyone was, they answered all of my questions and made the entire process easy and comfortable. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and providing excellent service. First of, 5 stars to Dr. Alla Malishkevich. I think she is a top optometrist, i have ever seen. I have always admired how detailed she is with the tests and the approach to my prescriptions. She thinks out of the box to make the best choice for the customer. Plus she does it with such great bedside manners that you hardly get from health professionals these days. I have always trusted her for this and this is why i love coming her. But.. I am giving the weak 3 stars because of the actions of someone else, which i think is inappropriate for a business. Bob should keep political talk to himself as the other customers may not agree on your ideology. Some of the things you spewed are your opinion. You should keep that to yourself. I own a business and no matter how i feel about certain aspects of politics, I respect everyone around me. Plus this is such a bad business practice. It's spoiling the 5 stars Dr. Alla is trying to achieve for the location!
Great place for an optical exam, top notch equipment and friendly, professional staff. Worth finding the place in the hidden corner of the mall. Shoutout to Ruslana for her positive attitude on the phone! Cheers.
