Dr. Vidlak has been caring for my eyes for many years. He is always wonderful, attentive and supportive. Recently Allie was helpful in getting my lenses replaced under warranty. She was informative and knowledgeable. I appreciate all the great help I get at Eye Care Group.
Kandice was amazing while helping me pick out my prescription sunglasses! She was so kind, sweet, and patient throughout the whole process. She really listened to what I wanted and somehow knew exactly what I needed. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, and her knowledge and recommendations were extremely helpful. There is nothing wrong I can say about the Eye Care Group in Grants Pass OR. From start to finish choosing my new glasses to paying them and receiving them the experience was fantastic. Kandice in the optical helped me pick out two pairs of glasses and I am so incredibly happy with them! She helped me pick a frame in a great gold color for my regular glasses, she also helped me pick a back up pair using the package deal pricing they offer. I needed a special fitting frame and Kandice was able to help me find it using my old glasses as a reference. When I picked up Allie and Jess made the experience awesome!
Very friendly staff! I accidentally got to my appt 20 mins early, checked in and was brought back within 10 mins. Loved the student doctor and the confidence that Dr. Vidlak had in her diagnosis made me trust her that much more. My family and I have been coming here for years and never plan to change.
