Best eye exam. From the moment I walked in to paying for my glasses. Lori makes you feel at ease like part of the family and answers any questions. From check in to check out, this was a great experience. The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful with paperwork. Dr. Richardson is super friendly and down to earth. The eye exam process was great! I got the best glasses prescription I’ve ever had. The opticians were super helpful in finding me a frame that fit my face shape and style. They have a huge glasses selection. They were also able to get me a contact lens prescription and trial contacts the same day of my appointment! I would definitely recommend them!
I love Dr. Richardson and his staff! I've been a patient since Dr. Schwartz owned the practice and Dr. Richardson took over. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and proactive. They offer great glasses too. I highly recommend this office.
Just had my eye exam today and had a fantastic experience! Dr Richardson is thorough and easy to talk to. The staff was super nice too. Love this place. If you live around Grants Pass I highly recommend them.
Had an appointment for months...take time off work, get there, then to be told they canceled my appt. I asked why nobody bothered to call, their answer - no idea. Way to many other optometrists in town to not even warrant a phone call saying they canceled
