I recently had an eye exam at Eye Care New Braunfels, a modern and clean clinic, and had a great experience. I’m hard of hearing, and Dr. Lozano was patient, clear, and very accommodating, making sure I understood everything. She was thorough, professional, and so kind, and the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and organized. I highly recommend Eye Care New Braunfels and Dr. Lozano for excellent eye care!
I LOVE Eye Care New Braunfels! All the staff is Amazing! Didn’t even feel like I was at an eye appointment. All the ladies are so friendly and FUN! They were so sweet to me and my daughters! I love going in there. The energy is so good.
I can’t say enough good things about the team at Eye Care New Braunfels. I recently lost my glasses and needed a replacement before leaving for a work trip later that same day. Dr. Lozano’s staff was able to get me in when no one else could. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They helped me get a new prescription and set me up with a few weeks’ worth of contacts so I wouldn’t be stuck without vision while traveling. I’m very grateful for their help—thank ya’ll so much!
From the moment they picked up the phone to my time of arrival and leaving, we received the best customer service! They were kind, welcoming, and patient while I had all my 3 kids with me. They made sure to explain every procedure and exam they performed in my daughter. Super friendly and clean office!
Staff was nice enough. However their time management is appalling. Appt at 2, got here 5 minutes early. Paperwork done by 201 and we’re still waiting. It’s 230?! They have zero respect for your time however find it important to send a text the day before informing you if you waste their time and don’t show or are too late for the appt that will be charged $35? Hmmm too bad I cannot charge them for wasting my precious time! Will not be returning. May not even waste anymore of my day waiting for service, who knows.
