Today was my pre-op appointment and my options were explained to me. I had done research on the surgery so that I would understand what could be and couldn’t be. Dr. Feiz is most informative and has a calming demeanor. That is in addition to his great sense of humor. I will be back to leave another review after surgery. I know Dr. Feiz is the correct surgeon for me.
Several years ago, I met Dr Feiz in his San Ramon office and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Short time later, I realized to continue with him, I would have to drive to Walnut Creek, which is a 34-mile round trip drive from my home. Then I considered the many pluses and was quickly convinced to stay with him. Fast forward, I have had two successful cataract surgeries by him and cannot be happier. Dr Feiz is a no nonsense professional with an impressive set of medical and business skills. His office is equipped with the latest technology and staffed with some of the best professionals. Being a one-stop operation is a major plus which has saved me hours of back and forth and unnecessary trips. I attribute this success story to an outstanding doctor, optometrist, optician, and a caring and dedicated staff.
I have known Dr. Feiz for many years. He was the physician for both my in-laws and my mother, and I am also a returning patient from his practice in San Ramon. Dr. Feiz and his entire team are exceptional. They are professional, compassionate, and consistently provide outstanding care and excellent service. I highly recommend them.
My wife has been a patient of Dr. Feiz for many years. She always had great eye care from his team of super assistants and his care. I was very impressed with his attitude and his willingness to accept me as a new patient very late in the day. His office was very busy and yet he handled my care right away. I deeply appreciate Dr Vahid Feiz of Eye Care of East Bay. I have Been seeing Dr Feiz for my glaucoma since 2023. He ie very thoroughly monitoring my eye with regular visual field & optic nerv exams, & always encourages me to use my prescription eye drops consistently. Thanks to his excellent care, my eye pressure has stay controlled between 10 & 13. The staffs are very kind, caring & always helpful whenever I have questions. I highly recommended Dr Vahid Feiz & Eye care of East Bay.
