I had my first appointment at this location after not seeing an eye doctor since before Covid, the entire staff that I worked with was very friendly and explained everything including the machines I have never used before. Dr nasheim was very kind and very detailed. I will definitely be coming back to this location again.

Always have the best experience here. Knowledgeable staff and excellent frame selection. Last minute end of year glasses for me and kiddo in and out in under 20. Easy to get second frame allowance figured out with insurance in that 20 minutes. Mad props to the excellent staff. THANKS Isaac, Chelsea, and Raelinn you guys ROCK!
I had a very disappointing experience at Iowa Eye Care. During my visit, I was told my vision was great but that I could benefit from blue light glasses to help with computer fatigue. Since I have never had glasses before, I trusted their recommendation. Unfortunately, they sold me an expensive pair of glasses that I later found out I did not need and could have purchased online for just a few dollars. When I called back less than an hour after my appointment to cancel the order, I was told there was nothing they could do because the glasses had already been ordered. The lack of flexibility and customer service was frustrating. It felt like they took advantage of someone unfamiliar with the process just to make a sale. I would not recommend Iowa Eye Care. Be cautious and do your research before agreeing to any add-ons or purchases.
