Dr. Wichman was awesome! She was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand it. My prescription did change. I am not good at picking out frames, so I usually just replace the lens. Paige was awesome! She gave recommendations for my prescription and helped me pick out frames. We narrowed it down to 3 and with her coworker as moral support (I believe her name was Emily), we pick the pair of frames that looked the best on me. Thank you so much for your help!

Had an eye exam last Monday and was warmly welcomed by all of the staff. Paige made me feel very comfortable with my pre-testing and Dr Morgan was so patient with my exam. She answered all of my questions. Lindsey worked the numbers as I couldn’t decide if I was going to get new glasses or just my annual supply of contacts. When Marissa was helping me try on glasses, I feel in love with this fun new frame and just had to get them. The staff was wonderful! Keep you the fantastic customer service!!!!!

Dr. Wichman was awesome. Very knowledgeable and thorough with the exam. She explained everything to me and shared her concerns on my family vision history. I can’t recommend her highly enough!! The rest of the staff there, Lindsay, Paige, and Marissa, were also very professional and welcoming. I will definitely tell my friends and family to come here!!

I’ve been to a few optical businesses in Ankeny & by far Shopko is the BEST! The store was very clean. Dr Wichman is amazing! She is very personable and her knowledge & expertise was impressive. My exam was thorough & all aspects of my prescription was explained in detail and I was able to ask questions without feeling like I was taking more time than I should. The staff (including Lindsey) was very friendly. Marissa’s knowledge of the frames was helpful in making my selections. There is NO pressure in options to add. It is a bit more expensive, but with my experience, it was well worth it! I would highly recommend Shopko for all your optical needs!

I talked with Lindsey first when I went in there on a Saturday before my appointment to check out the frames, they had the frames that I picked out set aside for me when I got there for my appointment that was awesome. Then the day of the appointment I worked with Paige she was wonderful and Doctor Wichman was amazing. The whole staff is great. They are very nice to work with. I would recommend Ankeny Shopko to anyone. Can’t add a photo don’t have my glasses yet 😁
