This place is the absolute best. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time at all and their selection of glasses was the best I’ve ever seen. I cannot recommend them enough!
I been coming here for 10 plus years. You can not ask for a better place to go. They make you feel human ,not a number you feel welcome and cared about. The new manager has done great changes and so clean and the atmosphere here is so welcoming. You are greeted at the door beautiful smile and friendly faces. On April 17 my wife and I had our annual appointment. We were disappointed to see new people behind the desk. Exam went well but we received no assistance picking out frames. No measurements, very little info for prices on insurance, options, etc. I ordered frames anyhow and they came in timely, but all was blurry. Now I need to wait 2 more weeks for a further exam and then get something else ordered.
I was 6 minutes from the office, and the last person of the day. Doctor wouldn't wait. Rescheduling else where. Update rescheduled for the next day staff was great.
I have been going here..and my husband just had his 1st appt. He was so impressed...which is.not easily done...he said the staff was super friendly and helpful. They, as well as doctor Thomas, explained things and the exam was the most thorough eye exam hes had. Costs were affordable as well. We both love the Fremont office and will advise anyone to go there. Thank you all for such a warm welcome.
